Sacred + Mundane
Conceived during graduate school under the instruction of Todd Papageorge and continued for several years thereafter, this reflective project found me travelling to houses of worship in CT, GA, and MA. Produced using slow film in a tripod-mounted Yashicamat, the process of finding moments that juxtaposed the sacred and mundane and simultaneously spoke in metaphor and transcendence also served as a spiritual respite during a tumultuous time in my own life.
Design & Photography Projects
I’m an esthetically omnivorous, intellectually curious designer, photographer, creative director, and educator with over 25 years of agency experience, a deep focus in education, arts and culture, and financial services, and an affinity for typographic and photographic adventure.
