A new vision for the web
Bringing four sites under one roof, or, looking inside and out at the same time.
MIT Human Resources' new website unifies recruitment and internal HR functions, serving audiences external to the institute, as well as current employees and managers. The integration of four legacy sites brings with it a unified institutional voice, streamlined user and administrator processes, and provides ”one stop shopping” for all employment and benefits related matters at the institute.
The site uses a mobile-first, module-based design approach that allows for a highly flexible approach to deploying content.

The annual open enrollment guide serves as an overview of MIT employee benefits and is used by both current employees and for recruitment purposes.
Inspired by MIT's dynamic atmosphere and entrepreneurial spirit, we developed an image library that uses motion blur as a unifying motif.
